Wisconsin Lutheran College Online

Wisconsin Lutheran College began in the early 1970s by some of the members of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod. Construction on the campus began in 1977, and the first class graduated in 1987. Wisconsin Lutheran College Online offers degree programs designed to meet the needs and schedules of working adults who don’t have time to attend a traditional classroom. Wisconsin Lutheran is known for having a standard of high-quality education and working to instill Christian values in its students. Programs Offered

Wisconsin Lutheran Online offers a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Leadership degree completion program designed for individuals who have earned college credits in the past and want to apply those credits toward a degree. They offer Master of Arts in Education programs with specialties in high performance instruction, instructional technology, urban education, leadership and innovation, and science instruction. They also offer a teaching certification program in which students earn 33 graduate credit hours that can be used toward a Master of Arts in Education, if students choose to further their education.


Wisconsin Lutheran College gained accreditation from the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCACS), The Higher Learning Commission in 1987. The NCACS is a nationally recognized regional accrediting organization.


Wisconsin Lutheran College Online applicants must complete an application for admission, submit official college transcripts, and submit two letters of recommendation. Graduate applicants must also include a personal goal statement and a writing sample. Accelerated degree completion applicants are required to have at least 50 credit hours from an accredited institution, a minimum GPA of 2.0, and at least two years of work experience. Graduate applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and submit to an interview with an admissions representative. Addition requirements vary depending on the program.
