Tulsa Community College is a public two-year institution located in northeastern Oklahoma. The college is the largest two-year institution of higher learning in the state with an enrollment of more than 20,000 students. The school was originally founded in 1970 to serve the diverse educational needs of the Tulsa community. Today, TCC consists of four campuses that offer certificate, associate degree, and continuing education programs.
Tulsa Community College has a number of programs available to serve the needs of area residents, whether they are interested in workforce training programs or earning credits to transfer to a four-year college or university in the future. Available majors include accounting, art, aviation technology, business, child development, criminal justice, dental hygiene, education, health information technology, human services, information technology, nursing, paralegal studies, and surgical technology, among others. The school has an open admissions policy, but a $20 fee is required to process the application.
