Concordia University – Seward opened its doors to a class of twelve students. Today, the school enrolls more than 2,100 students and has earned national recognition. In the 2013 edition of Best Colleges, Concordia University – Seward was ranked 54th of Midwestern universities by the U.S. News & World Report. Concordia University – Seward maintains a low student-faculty ratio of 14:1 to ensure individualized attention for every student. Of the full-time faculty teaching at the institution, nearly 80% have the highest degrees possible in their field.

Applicants are required to submit a completed application to the admissions office along with the graduate application fee and official copies of transcript from colleges or universities previously attended. They’re also required to include a 500-750 word essay explaining their interest in the program and how their professional background relates to their interest and goals.
