Northwestern State University sets a July 6 application deadline. The deadline for the spring semester is November 2 and April 5 for the summer session. Prospective students are required to submit a final high school transcript, an immunization form, any applicable college transcripts, and, for all males, a selective service card. Students must also send in their official ACT or SAT scores, a social security card copy, and the application form along with a $20 fee.
