Howard University is located in Washington DC. A historically black university, the college currently ranks 96th among national universities in the U.S. News & World Report’s “America’s Best Colleges 2008″ rankings.

While traditionally a black university it is one of the best educational institutions in the DC Metro Area.

The DC Metro Area is a great location for any school but especially Howard. It offers a great nightlife a wonderful historic setting and lots of museums and other research facilities to back up your educational experience.
